Oshodi Isolo agog ,as Hon Dawodu hands over completed projects
By Stephen Olusegun// The legislative hall of Oshodi-Isolo local government was turned into a frenzy mood on Thursday as the honourable member representing the local government ,Hon Dr Bashiru Ayinla Dawodu handed over the blocks of classrooms he built in the schools in the local government.
The amiable honourable member who was full of smiles listening to commendable speeches from stakeholders in the local government,thanked almighty for the strength to plough back to his constituency.
He stated that he was moved by the deplorable conditions of some of the schools,so he decided to move in, stressing that education to him is the greatest gift that can be bequeathed to children.
Aside the blocks of classrooms he built and renovated,Hon Dawodu equally presented a school bus for the pupils as well school bags and writing materials.
Dignitaries at the epoch making event include the chairman of the local government, Otunba Kehinde Almoroof Oloyede, Commissioners for information and that of works,Chairman SUBEB,member house of Assembly,Hon Akeem Sokunle,party leaders and community leaders.
